1. Services Provided

At Home IV Nurses provides at-home IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and related wellness services.
All services are delivered by trained professionals in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment or emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking and intake.

  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Medical Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • Our treatments are elective and for wellness support only.

  • You have consulted your physician before receiving IV therapy if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

  • Individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

  • You assume full responsibility for your participation and any reactions, side effects, or results.

You may withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment.

6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or text.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

  • Payment is due at or before the time of service.

  • Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Refunds are not available once treatment begins. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us at info@athomeivnurses.com and we’ll review the case individually.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, At Home IV Nurses, its employees, and contractors are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or

  • Any adverse effects arising from IV therapy, including allergic reactions, bruising, or discomfort.

You agree to release and hold harmless At Home IV Nurses and its personnel from all claims related to your treatment, except those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and logos, is the property of At Home IV Nurses and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
